How do I stop being afraid to fail?

I'm looking to reward myself with a short 3-4 week trip to Asia. I definitely wanna hit up South Korea for two weeks to see my friend, but beyond that I've got nothing. What's a nice and safe beach destination with a chill atmosphere, pretty girls and cheap drinks?
