Ambassador, pretty much for every function outbound going for Tier 4 positions only, Denied Seasonal PA position when was offered.

Our FC is expected to Pack out 1 million items, for 3 days in a row, 2 weeks in a row and our mezzanine for pack is being watched like a hawk by senior management. 9 Seasonal pa's, 4 area managers and 2 senior ops in total prepared for our peak this 21st.

Our staffing agency is SMX, does your Location use another agency to on-board associates?

Also, I wish you the best of luck during your peak season my fellow coworker, 11 hour shifts, 6 days a week. Its going to be brutal, but our wallet, may the stay FAT into the next year! Peak season.....Peak season is coming....

Being an ambassador is highly more rewarding for me. Everyday i set my goal to make a change/difference in someone's life by giving them motivation and the help they deserve, no matter if they are here for years or days, temp or direct.

Becoming a PA would interfere with my social aspect, becoming of demands and handing them out interferes with my personal ethics.

If I go Loss prevention, I can help people be more aware. If i go Safety Specialist I can help people be safe, mentally and physically. If i go Assistant buyer or Buyer, I can help people make important financial decisions.

If i can do one of those 3, all with being apart of the away team, planting my feet somewhere would mean I would leave my mark, everywhere i go. Making others smiles, makes me happy, No matter the pay.
