I'm reposting my comment that went unanswered from the other ama, this is probably actually a better place to ask it anyways.

I'm in a touring band, hitting up a waffle house around 2am after a show is a staple of our lifestyle. How in the hell do you guys have such good quality control? We've probably been to hundreds of locations all up and down the east coast, and never been disappointed.

It really is surprising how many employees seem to be enjoying their job and having a good time at night. Usually going to a 24 hour fast food joint at night means we're encountering burnouts, but we frequently end up chatting with whoever ends up waiting on us at Waffle House.

Your masters of the grill never disappoint either. Really, the fact that we haven't had a bad meal from Florida to New York is incredible. Keep doing what you do, pass on the good feelings. We'll be seeing you guys soon.
