I didn't see if anyone asked this, but do you have a fair amount of scarring? How about adhesions? Is there a way to break them up non surgically? Do you have any (non medical) advice or recommendations for those undergoing abdominal surgery to reduce scarring and improve outcomes generally? I watched your video, I loved the octopus and sea turtle. If that is you in the video, you are very handsome and do not look scarred up from all this crazy stuff. Also, I read it all.
