Thank you for doing the AMA Dr. Thompson. We don't get that many multiple prize winning scientist here. My question is, do you still have an active research lab or research group? How much time do you spend in active research?

Usually there isn't enough local news to fill a newspaper. Most of the things that happen daily in individual towns/cities is boring, so newspaper end up reporting national/international news to fill pages and make the newspaper more relevant.
