Imo, this is an inherently untrustworthy system. Unless it is publicly reviewable, I wouldn't use it. Perhaps a better solution would be to use something like Wikipedia. So, for example, if the goal is to block the names of murderers in news articles, in the article block any name that matches a relevant entry in a Wiki list of murderers that way neither you nor your company has any control over. The source is still consistent, and you could use it to gauge relevancy by checking the murder dates, locations, etc. Idk, that's my $0.02. cheers.

Very true. There will be false positives and true negatives. No avoiding that. Also, this system is opt-in, which means the only people who will opt in to it are probably not the people who need to, and those who should won't. Cheers.
