The DACA people who we are constantly told are valuable members of our society I'm fairly certain wouldn't have any problems going through proper immigration channels to get a green card or some sort of work visa

This actually is not the case. There is a limited number of work visas and green cards that can be issued every year, and work "visas" are not work "green cards." Also once they leave the US, they will be banned from entering the US again for 10 years. But let's say the ban did not exist, after going through the really hard and arduous process of labor certification, some countries like Mexico, the Philippines, China, and India have exceeded the number of people that can come from those countries every year. For example, work visa applications from 2008 of people of "exceptional ability" are being processed today.

I think it is legitimate to have the opinion that these people should still be deported, even though I vehemently oppose that opinion, but you should know that if they are deported, they pretty much have no way of coming back.

I agree, if you think about it, each of the 100 class members in OP's examples got a lawyer for $3333.33. No way you're going to get a lawyer from the beginning to the end of a very complicated lawsuit for just over $3k.

WOW Airlines went bankrupt and shut down while my friends and I were in Iceland. Thank god for travel insurance.

I thought Norwegian Air was still going though?

ETA: RIP Norwegian
