/u/crawlerz2468 Try medical marijuana since you are in the US. It can really alleviate some of your pains. And take it seriously, I'm not recommending you get stoned and forget you are in pain.

No PA will probably be one of the last places to legalize it - but it is decriminalized in Philadelphia - $100 fine for less than an ounce or so. Like I said using it medicinally (for real) and not just to get high can be beneficial. Certain varieties have different properties.
