Even though Little Person is widely used as the most PC term, I do find it patronising. I prefer the term dwarf as it is the biological term used for all other species, so it has a level of objectivity to it you know?

I find midget offensive. It has strong associations with the freak show era and is derived from the insect. Needless to say it is pretty dehumanising. Whether it is said out of malice or ignorance it still makes me wince.

All I'll say on that is that my form of dwarfism does not affect it

Hmm that's a tricky one. But maybe it's the assumption that I am VERY EASILY OFFENDED because a large number of people I talk to freak out, a lot, terrified of saying the wrong thing or even saying the words 'little' or 'small' in conversation, or don't know whether to stare at me or anywhere BUT at me, to the point that we cannot really have a normal conversation at all. I just feel embarrassed for them really, I just want to tell them to relax lol

I guess you're just gonna have to trust me and assume those doors are normally sized doors lol

No, I'm happy how I am. My body and the things I have experienced because of it have made me who I am and I don't want to let that go
