It's entirely misleading for you to claim that you ramped up your BAT without actually measuring it. I've read the NEJM papers and others describing BAT in humans, but an induction significant enough for staying outside in freezing weather has never been published/proven. Also, what is your evidence that your immune system was made stronger?

Your work is interesting, but I'm honestly not a big fan of your attempt to bring in "science" to back it up when you're really just using buzzwords.
