US citizen here. I have a very close friend who runs a school in Nepal. I'm wondering what your general impression of the nation was? Is it worth giving up an entry level job to seek refuge temporarily and reassess my life? I'm finding research and the people it involves me with (in the pharmaceutical industry) completely unfulfilling, degrading, and morally abominable. Did you find solace and leave with direction?

Talk to us about how genetic engineering could completely change the brewing game. Are you guys actively developing new yeast strains? Is anybody out there genetically modifying enzymes to produce more esters?

I beieve you're entitled to call yourself a scientist when somebody pays you to be a scientist. Not a tech, or an associate, but rather your W2 says scientist. Then you're a scientist.

The behavior some people here exhibit is just unbelievable... we're supposed to be a team and it's a constant dog-eat-dog attitude, even though we're a non-profit. Sometimes it just gets me down.
