I'm a scientist, not a chef, but your work ethic is what I try to aim for. How do you keep a balance between striving for perfection in your work and not letting that drive take over your entire life? I love what I've chosen to do with my life, but I'm not overly fond of the control freak that grad school turned me into.

Hi, Adam! Big fan, I have a B.S. in Forensic Science and was hooked after watching your episode about it.
Are there any misconceptions that you are passionate about correcting off-camera or that just irritate you when you hear them being spread?
Also, have you ever considered an episode about ruining grad school? Or does grad school itself do a good enough job of that on its own?
