With the exception of skinnyman, all of them are widely considered as grime and not hip hop, which usually has a lot of "growing up in the slums of London" subject matter to it.
UK hip hop is... odd, to say the least. If you listen to someone like Tommy Dockerz or Black Josh, both UK hip hop, you can see how wide it can vary.
