Is there worry of rejection from the body?

Haha not a chance dude. Canada has stricker border laws than the US. They didn't even let my dad go fishing there this year, legal citizen of US. We have been going for 12 years. 10 years ago he got a driving ticket, not even a DUI, and this year they decide to tell us we can't enter. Real fun drive back.

As someone who is currently in the application cycle for medical school I was curious at how you would approach the cost of medical school. Medical school is even more competitive now than ever before to get into. If a student attends an out of state medical school or private school they are looking at close to half a million in debt by the time they graduate. I would be happy to take a more moderate wage as a doctor but is there a way to lower the cost of education? Also residency hasn't had an increase in money in a very long time and there are more med students than there are residency spots. Any field comparable to medicine in its competitiveness would certainly be making the same amount of money if not more.

So why is this a bad thing? It gives people the opportunity to purchase land? Land is only going to appreciate so it looks like a great investment opportunity for people.
