How often did you eat? Were you ever worried about finding a meal or going hungry?

I'm not a coffee connoisseur but I try different coffees. I saw you on tv once and for the past month or two went through the robusta, the arabica, and will try the 50/50 next. On amazon where I buy, it says it is organic but I see no certified organic logo on your bags. Are these organic?
