Up until I was about 13 years old I still had visits to Olive Garden where I would consume nothing but bread sticks and water.

Let me break it down.. We're going to make the purest product, the very purest, and these directions must be followed exactly.

After receiving your bread sticks, ask your server politely for a boat of marinara sauce. When they bring the salad, explain that they should leave the cheese grater at the table and it will be in their best interests to comply. As you, are the one who grates.

Now we cook.

You must take one of the smaller approximately 5" diameter plates and grate cheese into the center until the pile has reached about 4 inches in height and may require spreading to cover as much of the plate as possible (small plate, remember) and then you shall break the bread into two pieces in approximately the center, allow it to cool to about 80° which should be cool enough to touch and eat. Then you dip the open or broken end of the bread into the marinara sauce and stir it gently.

Once you feel that the bread stick has been sufficiently saucified you must press the now sauce covered end of the bread stick gently into the top of Mt.Cheese. Rotating the bread stick slightly and slightly crushing the bread stick long ways until the cheese and bread have been compacted.

Lift the bread stick and view the large amount of cheese stuck to the sauce and practically solidified over the bread stick.

Enjoy. This product you must enjoy yourself but be careful because you will get it every time.

With loads of those delicious bread sticks this meal is not exactly finishable by me, (even less so if I get a Chicken Noki Soup) but I love the leftovers too.

My 1# favorite restaurant since I was a child with Texas Roadhouse a close second and then Chick Fil A. xD
