I'm a Hospitalist and wanted to ask this very question. I'm grateful for the fantastic service IR provides, but sometimes lament the lack of communication between myself and the radiologist, and the lack of follow up for my patients, who are by definition hospitalized. I'm glad to hear hear about your clinic, and perhaps this thread will encourage me to reach out and communicate with IR more directly in the future.
