That's true, but one of the reasons I'm very fond of the CG is that you get to choose your job and its pretty much guaranteed as long as you qualify for it and are willing to stay as a non-rate for as long as needed.

Not to mention it has the highest retention rates out of all branches (90-95%, compared to the second highest which is the AF, at around 40-50%).
