"Gun show loophole"? I've been to many-a gun show. It's dealers and private sellers. There's no loophole. You buy from a dealer, then you have to pass the NICS background check. You guy from John Q. Public, who is not a reseller according to federal law, then it's a private sale. I don't understand the loophole (which you claim is very real).

I'm not second guessing you, if you know what that is, I'd really like to educate myself.
