Do you know anything about its affinity to opioid receptors as compared to naloxone and naltrexone? I've read some speculation that naltrexone may be more efficacious than naloxone at outcompeting carfentanil. Is there any reason that might be the case, and would that apply to other ultra-potent opioids?
