chris meets and greets several hundred people a night individually, listens to them intently like a therapist, takes a heap pictures with them, and signs all of their shit. he is very gracious and appreciative of his fanbase.

i've toured with chris as and him and i have had our share of differences over the years but i have to say out of all of the shows we've done together, anyone complaining is generally a vocal minority. the high majority of people that i've seen booted out of a show were notably belligerent, and chris has a fairly zero tolerance position on that type of behavior for various reasons.

personally, i've been "that guy" to chris a number of times, and we've gotten mad at each other for stupid shit, but his apologies are sincere and he really is a good guy. the same elements of chris's personality that make him such a dynamic artist are the same reasons i see him get chastised for, and i think that is pretty unfair.
