Do you breathe sufficiently during the day? Does it ever feel like you aren't breathing enough? (Just wondering if that can happen with central sleep apnoea or if it's only when you're asleep)

How about that blood pressure issue OP mentioned? I think for a lot of things like that it's a big hurdle getting used to wearing it, and some people will give up before they've given it enough of a chance.
