It seems like the Theranos fraud was equally perpetuated by both Holmes and Balwani. What led to Balwani leaving the company in 2016? Was the relationship strained by legal issues, the pressure of your reporting, or did Elizabeth start to see the bully tactics that employees had try to talk to her about? Was there any conflict? Do you have any insight into what the disagreement might have been about, if any, or maybe a series of things over time?

Stanford admissions is a very selective process, so being admitted alone is no easy task. Being a Stanford dropout in Silicon Valley also can further enhance your image if you portray yourself as an entrepreneur or founder, beyond a normal Stanford graduate.

In your book, you mention that Elizabeth at one point was about to be fired as CEO by the Board of Directors, can you remind me what year this was, and didn't she own the majority of shares still and have supervoting shares? How would she have been able to be forced out of power?
