How do you feel about states, such as Texas, that don't want the government intruding on our lives in regards to gun control, but are willing to dictate who women see as part of the Women's Health Program? Holding doctors' license hostage to force them to comply with something they might not agree with? And finally, forcing women to undergo invasive procedures that are not medically required prior to an abortion?

How much fun do you have working on Teen Titans? Any voice that you would love to do if asked?

That is understandable. I used Kaplan when studying for the bar and my expereince with them was by far more difficult than the actual bar. They shut off my account access midway through the bar and they couldnt get it back. They also got black letter law wrong when they were grading essays. With that said, I still blame myself more than their screw ups for not passing the first time (passed the second time with more than enough points). What I would recommend to anyone preparing to start studying, at least for the Texas bar, is to make sure you maximize where you can get points. For me, I failed to study enough for the P&E and I missed out on easy points.

What are your views on the declining bar passage rates? Do you think it is because of the students or could some of the fault be in the way the test is administered, written, or something else?
