It does . . . literally exit or "going out," especially from a [military] base, fortification or other defensive position. Just saying that this word is not in the vocabulary of most Americans.

May the Senate convict and remove a Justice of the Supreme Court after the House of Representatives has impeached that Justice for matter that was explicitly investigated and deliberated upon by the Senate during that Justice's confirmation process?

Title 13 rights sound swell ! Are there special Title 13 courts to efficiently adjudicate these rights? Will there be court-appointed counsel for people who can't afford a lawyer to protect their Title 13 rights? In the case someone suspects that their Title 13 rights have been violated, will the government's attitude not be: "fuck off, hire a lawyer and sue us for 10 years" ?
