What do you think about white boar coding interviews? Do you think they reflect accurately how good of a developer you are?

I think you are doing the right thing :) thanks for that. I wish big companies realized that this is not the way to go. (I know it might sound silly but...) I'm completely against it and is against my principles to apply to a company that uses white board coding as their way of testing applicants... But that's me.
