Worked for T-Mobile for 4 years and now work for another competitor. I can attest to the fact that T-Mobile customers are awful. They are some of the most ungrateful group of people ever. The startling difference in clientele behavior and willingness to spend money between carriers is like being in a dark basement for 4 years and finally seeing sunlight for the first time.
