Holy crap, this sounds like what happens to my wife. Weight issues despite eating insanely healthy, blood sugar drop like symptoms but only mildly low sugar, depression, period issues, fatigue... She took a Thyroid hormone test that came back normalish, but I read that that's not uncommon until it gets advanced.

Gonna have to discuss this with her tonight. Thanks!
