ya, fire not earthquake.

that house was in a zone that hadn't seen a significant earthquake for 100+ years. but yes her implication was that if the house got trashed, just have an arson accident.

Gentle leader seconded. It’s impossible for them to hurt the dog, also impossible for the dog to pull you. Worked on every dog I tried it with (Rottie, AmStaff, very badly trained terrier).
