Yea, thinking about if the other car wasn’t in the way, I’d have been pinned against my car (it was in a car park of a store and I was putting my shopping in the back seat).
I have had PTSD before so I knew how to be healthy and be mindful. I talked about it and told myself that I’m still here and it’s ok. I still go to that store because it’s my local for food! I only really think about it now when I think of how great the police were

It's all 80/20 - losing weight is 80% what you eat and 20% exercise.

This is probably a boring question compared to the others as it's nothing to do with your medication, more your condition.
I know someone who was born with a hole in their heart but it was fixed at the time. They still take certain precautions and visit a specialist so not as serious as your condition.
Anyway, my question is, do you find there are certain activities that you can't take part in because of your heart? My friend works out a lot, mostly weight lifting, but hasn't asked the specialist if they should be as they only recently started. I just wondered if you had any kinds of restrictions like extreme exercise/cardio?
BTW, these questions will be asked at the next appointment in a few weeks, but just wanted to know if there is anything to worry about!

I think it's harsh to lump all offshore jurisdictions together and say they are all bad. I know the crown dependencies work tirelessly to ensure they are in line with FATF and all other AML regulations and it's not fair to put them as an industry, in with the likes of Panama.
Also, there's pressure from the public on the politicians (thanks to your press and articles) to implement further legalisation to stop this abuse but no where have I seen your team point out that many of these offshore jurisdictions are signed up to FATCA and the Common Reporting Standard - why is that?

That's really amazing what you did for that woman.
I was involved in a very minor incident a few months ago (old man lost control of his car, was aiming straight for me but somehow hit a parked car next to me which ended up saving my life) and the police involved were fantastic. I felt stupid so getting upset because I didn't die, I wasn't actually scared in the moment, it wasn't until I pieced everything together I started going a bit weird. The police spent so much time with me to make sure I was OK, and taken care of, took the time to sit with me and explain what happened and it was OK to feel scared and upset (even though I wasn't entirely sure how I felt). They gave me their card to call them if I needed help later (PTSD etc). I never called them back, I'm completely fine. But I have kept her card on my fridge as a reminder of how great they were.
