How much experience do you need for call centers? Could a high school student (with computer knowledge) get a job?

Hey, thanks for the AMA. I actually just finished reading the Younger Edda yesterday!

My understanding is that there are two main "Eddas", the Poetic and the Younger. Throughout the text of the Younger Edda it would reference the poems found in the Elder. Could you perhaps tell me a bit more of what's different about them, which you'd recommenced to the general public, and if should I read your translation post-Younger Edda (or if I should pursue different texts now)?
