Is global warming having any noticeable effects in Nepal? Is there awareness of global warming generally?

How do police body camera's perform in low light, like the traffic stop in question here? Without a strong artificial light of some kind I find it hard to imagine that a body camera would have been able to pick up what was going on inside the car well enough to say for sure who's hands were where and touching what objects.

Do you have any speculation (or evidence?) regarding how the experiences induced by psychedelics are met with cognitive-narrative brain functions that are always at work making external phenomena and sense of self seem coherent? Is there something about the experience of hallucinations that invites a strong narrative response to keep up with the breakdown in experiential coherence?

I’ve been washing my hands like crazy - but how important is overall personal hygiene? Should I shower and change my clothes after going outside (I live in a dense urban area). If I occasionally cough or sneeze into my arm should I change my shirt after?
