Why is this a better strategy for generating fusion than a TOKAMAK like ITER?

Do you get frustrated at the limitations of caption technology that is basically decades old - a full screen fixed bitmap with no scaling or other end- user settings?

I've used them for 20+ years and find it immensely frustrating that they are still the same size - people usually have 50 inch TVs nowadays instead of 14 inch!
