you just took that to two extremes very quickly. all he was saying is that there are many causes for insomnia and that it can affect over half the population on occasion. he wasn't suggesting any sort of treatment or "hippy bullshit" to you or anyone else here. if you (or anyone else here) is looking for a suggestion, go see a doctor and seek treatment.
