The area around Disney world, a 2-person household with each person making 14-15 hour is pretty livable, actually.

There are quite a few single-earner households where making $15/hr puts you comfortably working class. You know, not like living large, but not living hand to mouth either.

No income tax, lots of affordable housing, and quite a few things to do in the outdoors (if that's your thing). It's pretty livable. There are hundreds of thousands of tourism related workers in Central Florida doing exactly that.
