Please keep multiple titles under consideration, with rulers only having one title, it disallows for things like Sheriffs and Constables and Bailiffs of the Royal of Ducal domain. It essentially means that the King is just the most powerful Baron in the Kingdom, that is no basis for a feudal government, the model you are presenting is more akin to prefeudal clan structure, quite barbaric.
