Marine life can be pretty unpredictable so how can that be considered your fault? Especially if the company were the ones who trained you to handle them.

I visited Auschwitz-Birkenau, Majdanek and Treblinka with my senior high school class. The whole experience was profoundly moving and horrifying at the same time, and left me emotionally drained. I also couldn't believe that some people live right next door to the concentration camps. For a week after I was haunted by what I had seen and heard from the tour guides. What has your experience been like when you went back?
