Same thing happened to me. She was turning off of a side street so when I started the turn she wasn't even on the street I was turning across. I had almost completed the turn when she hit me. She didn't even try to slow down but she "had the right of way" so I was fucked. My car was totaled while hers had a tiny dent. I got over $200 in fines plus the price of the new car. After it happened she just pulled over and sat in her car, didn't say a word to me. Fuck that lady.
