I've eorked for a big insurance company in the past and the way their security works is that you sk a srcurity analyst to build you a document on how to handle security in your applications, but you don't need to put it in place it is your own choice.

Do you think this is a good policy or should security always be instored even if it seems minor and too time consuming for the cause?
