Yeah exactly. And it only takes a moment of reflection to realize hurting someone can't possibly help, that the only reason to ever insult someone else is because you feel inadequate yourself and by comparison to your victim you are "better". Pathetic!

I brought up fat shaming because I feel like some of the "healthy at any size" stuff is backlash. That mentality is of course really dangerous, and delusional as you said, but it does apply for mental well-being. Everyone deserves to be happy and content at any size, shape, color.

I think one day humanity will look back at how we treat people with diseases/conditions that have outward (physical or social) manifestations with shame.
