Since it doesn't look like we'll be getting any continuation, what plot was Epic Mickey 3 planned to take? Also, what features were planned for 2 & 3 that didn't make the cut?

When you were writing the Darkwing Duck DuckTales comic crossover, how much of the final product was yours, as opposed to Ian Brill? For one, I hear that the League of Eve-il was your idea. Which, for the record, the fans thought was a cool idea.
