The fries at my local McDonalds consistently under-cooked, ending up wet and crunchy and almost white in color. But I've noticed that they're often under-cooked at other locations as well. Was there a change in the instructions telling locations to cook them for a shorter period of time, or are these stores just trying to save time? Thanks!
