I don't see an issues page. He doesn't seem to give any opinions that are too easy to find on his website. I did find this, http://cybercaucus.langevin.house.gov/ hopefully it'll lead to some idea of his position.

Not a cosponsor, voted no in the past.

I looked him up on popvox, but it only showed bills he sponsored and cosponsored. Googling his name with cispa doesn't seem to get anything. Not sure whether he has never stated his opinion other than voting or I just don't know how to look.

Why does that list make it look like the entire internet is against us?
