If I live in an apartment on the building's lowest level, should I get a kit for testing? Or this something that landlords generally test in accordance with local renter's laws?

I'm a trans woman who was very recently diagnosed with ADHD after long suspecting that I was neurodivergent. When I read through a few articles about diagnosing ADHD in boys vs girls, I noticed that my experiences lined up very closely with the girls, even though I presented as a boy/man and didn't really understand my relationship with gender until my late 20s. Is this common? As in, do transgender people tend to experience symptoms and traits of ND conditions more in line with their actual gender identity rather than assigned sex at birth?
