I know it's a tough one to approximate, but if you were put a percentage of corrupt staff for officers, support staff, and management in the prison you worked, what would they be?

Op appears to be trying to come off as the prison version of the friendly high school teacher. To people unfamiliar with corrections, it must sound awesome. To me, these people cause havoc and usually don't realize it.

If he were worth his salt, he wouldn't have trivialized a coworker being stabbed like he did.

Looking at his comments reminds me of the m.o. of officers that I've seen come and go through the system. They are full of bravado, and believe that they are a cut above the rest. They are dangerous.

This guy talks about letting an inmate out of his cell after the inmate threatened grievous bodily harm. Op claims to have just talked it out with the inmate. Yeah, that happened.
