If you do apply with zero prior experience even related, you will get what the hiring process calls a +10 point differential, meaning they could have a flight controller that meets all requirements and has a college degree and is a pilot, but they would only have a +4 - military veterans are treated with a special level for hiring over qualified persons. After the completion of a video, do you have active staff that submit copyright claims, or rather what is your handling of other sites/hosts that blatantly steal your videos?

I've always been interested to know, seeing as the influx of 'facebook is stealing our monies' posts have been ramping up on front page here as of late!
