What does this mean for our understanding of the universe? What does it mean for us as human, in terms of how this could potentially benefit us? I am one of those who believe that even if they seem far from ordinary people, these discoveries tend to and usually will improve our lives. What is it like to make such a discovery and know you were an important part of it?

I am so glad you are trying to share your time with us who are not experts. We support you!

Thank you for this opportunity.

So, my first question is, will AI learn how to write books? By books I mean fiction like Game of Thrones, Pride and Prejudice or Harry Potter. If yes, when do you expect it to happen? Now that AI can learn from examples, can it learn to write? And will it surpass people at it? Is writer's job in danger?

Another question I have is, why do you think we are not in danger of AI taking control like in science fiction? Do you assume we are far from achieving such level of AI sentience? Do you disagree with Paperclip thought experiment or is there some other reason for why you find it unlikely?

If we exclude religious and similar arguments, how likely could AI achieve levels of sentience and intelligence to take control and defeat humanity?
