My question is how do these organizations coordinate with each other as well as establish connections with other criminal groups in the United States to distribute their products? Also in recent years MS-13 and the 18th street gang have become increasingly organized in Latin America, is it in the realm of possibility for them to eclipse the cartels in power as well as a threat to national security?
