I love the quote by Nora Roberts, something about “You can fix a bad page, but you can’t fix a blank page.”
This has been my biggest hurdle. I have a bad habit of going back and revising what I've already written instead of just pushing ahead until the entire draft is finished.

It was worse than that, though. A lot of people have commented on how we have a celebration of ignorance in this country, and that interview was a prime example of it.
I understand Larry's hesitance to throw his colleagues under the bus, but dismissing it as just a difference of opinion is like saying that evolution and creationism are both equally valid opinions. The truth is, some opinions are just really stupid.
