That's pretty awesome since the few times I've had to actually talk to you guys, your tech support folks have been amazing. Not just reading from an awful unhelpful script but actually being technical and knowledgeable and able to answer questions.

A tech support team for a residential internet service that actually knows what they are doing is incredible. I thought I had been put through to some special enterprise level tech support team!
